The
Paul Is Dead (PID) Conspiracy
Over three decades ago, in the year 1969,
it was widely rumored that famous Beatle Paul McCartney had died
in a car accident and was replaced by a double. This incredible
rumor was mostly propagated by word of mouth in the area in which
I lived at this time, but had been receiving some publicity by certain
radio stations and college newspapers. Much of what anyone was basing
their clues on were things people had found in the Beatles album
covers and songs when certain parts were played backward would play
phonetically reversed words which sounded like something different
(enter Twilight Zone Music). It all seemed much too coincidental
and stretched for me to accept, even as a 14 year-old, but the mystery
was certainly intreguing.
Recently I learned there is a professional
musician who has come forward with a story of his involvement in
this rumor's origins in the Detroit, MI area when he was on the
staff of his college newspaper in 1969. His account of this event

actual newspaper article where he admits his involvement in propagating
this rumor.

The
Great 60IF Conspiracy Theory
To
go along with this incredible decades-old hoax, there has been "New
Evidence" to come to the surface. The idea of this is a complete
fantasy, fabricated by people who have nothing to do with their
lives but prevaracate over the internet. I am still unclear as to
what they claim is it's origin, but it really doesn't matter because
some former insiders of that forum have come out and shown how it's
all a big lie. I believe they claim that George Harrison related
an account to some "Eastern Friends" about what "really"
happened with Paul McCartney and Brian Epstein in 1966. This document
of evidence, called 60IF (meaning Paul would have been 60 if he
were still alive when it was written) was allegedly dictated by
George Harrison and recorded in an eastern language, Napalese, to
keep it from the scrutiny of the western press until after George
had passed on. I may not be relating this information completely
right, so if you would like to read, and possibly even interact
with someone who claims to have this document in their possession,

be found at the link posted above. This document hass allegedly
been translated into the Italian language by an Italian man, and
then translated into English with the assistance of a New Zealander.
Again, it is all one huge fantasy as the origins of this document

The
Purpose Of This Site
The
purpose of this site is to show how certain photographs have been
used to prove that Paul is dead and then show how they have either
been misrepresented or altered in order to support that theory.
The use of photographs is such a subjective thing, especially in
this day and age of digital technology. What I will do is show you
how this technology has been used to mislead people into seeing
things which aren't there, as well as show some photos of my own
to refute, or debunk if you will, certain facts which have been
presented from the other side of the PID/PIA point of view. I happen
to be convinced that Sir James Paul McCartney is quite alive and
well, but I will be the first to admit to you all that I am no expert
in forensics, nor am I an investigative journalist. I am a typical
middle class American guy who became a Beatles fan at the tender
age of 8 back in 1963.

So
Let's Begin By Looking At Some Old PID Clues
The Subjet Of Paul's Height
|

| When
the Sgt. Pepper album was released, there was what appeared
to be a disparity in Paul's height when compared to the other
three Beatles. In previous photos of the band, Paul, John, and
George appeared to be the same height, but in this picture from
the front cover of the Sgt Pepper album Paul appears to be several
inches taller than before. There could be any number of simple
explanations for this, the first being that there could be a
riser of sorts behind the drum which Paul is standing on. Bear
in mind that their image on the cover of this album was artistically
touched up as it does not appear to have the textures of your
standard photograph. The picture below from the same photo session
will show his height to be more true to that of previous times. |

Paul actually
seems a little shorter than George in the one at left. Why does
John appear so much shorter than George in the photo at right?
No shoes maybe? |

| The
photo above has been used for decades to argue that Paul became
much taller in 1967, and therefore must be a replacement. But
I would draw your attention to three points about this pic,
the first being that it is of such horrible resolution and clarity
that you lose both color and contrast. Note the color of the
carnations, you cannot see that the other three Beatles are
wearing red carnations. Nor can you see the folds in their pant
legs from having their legs bent. The one on the left has been
rotated counter clockwise very slightly which makes Paul appear
even taller still. Third, this picture is only ONE FRAME from
a sequence where they are actually dancing and moving up and
down. The apex of Paul's movement is slightly ahead of everyone
else's in this frame which also lends to the great height disparity.
The animation below is a series of 16 frames grabbed from the
movie, and as you watch it move you can see by the reference
line I've added that Paul and John's heads reach the same approximate
apex in their vertical movement as they hop up and down. Compare

A
REAL Major Height Disparity? I Think Not!
In the previous rendition of this site I
had several more photos which would dispute a major height increase
which believers in the PID conspiracy all seem to think exhists.
But in the interest of giving this poor dead horse a break, I will
refrain from posting any more than what you see here because with
the pictures above we can no doubt conclude there is no real difference
in Paul's height after all.
