Other Interesting Images And Fades (Continued)
What you are about to see next is another really great TKIN illusion. This fade uses photos which have Paul's head in different positions, but your attention is drawn away from that fact by the use of arrows which direct your attention to a few things which are supposed to be out of place otherwise.
Notice how the Hey Jude image does not conform to the size of the older image. It fades in and fits well inside the other one, and the obvious things which appear is that the eye spacing is off (your typical PID argument) and the tip of his nose is different, and his jawline doesn't match, etc. Well, yea, I agree with those statements 100% because the overlay picture is not scaled properly. You really cannot do an honest comparison with these two photos anyways because his head is tilted slightly more forward in the Hey Jude picture.
What you are looking at in the fade to the right is a "corrected" copy of the one above. The Hey Jude image is scaled to where the eye sockets are more closely aligned, and look at what happens when you do that! The jawlines are more closely matched! It is little subtleties like this which can be very misleading to people. Again, these two pictures should not be used like this because of the differences in the tilt and turn of his head. And one is a black and white photo, the other a frame grab from a DVD which has been converted to grayscale.
I cannot take full credit for the discussion above, although I was the one who worked this particular fade. At the end of the previous page I made mention of some pretty bright young people who have joined in on the debate and the above comparison was pointed out by a youn man who calls himself Flaming Pie. He is a guy who has recently learned to make photo fades and has been an excellent proponent to the discussion of PIA. Most of the young people I've seen from the pro-TKIN/PID side do not appear to be capable of complex thought and it appears obvious they only know how to parrot what they've been told/taught from those who have "enlightened" them. However, my friend Flaming Pie has, on several ocaisions, reasoned things out on his own and has presented some very strong arguments with some supporting photos and fades which he produced himself that are quite convincing. Below are a few more of his comparisons.
One of the things Flaming Pie has found is that the vast majority of the TKIN fades do not have the eyes lined up. In most cases a simple re-scaling of the over-lay photo to get the eye position matched usually takes care of the rest of the perceived anomolies which TKIN uses to show that post-1966 Paul is a fake. I am of the opinion, however, that this particular Sgt Pepper image has been stretched, note how the top of his head appears to grow in spite of the eyes being more aligned at right. But Flaming Pie's fade is a much better match than the one produced by TKIN.

This absurdity has been corrected by a simple re-scaling to align the eyes more closely, and was done without any coaching by a very bright young person whom I am proud to have with us on the PIA crew. He detected this situation and corrected it all on his own before presenting it to us on the forum. The purpose of his fades was to show how people are being misled into believing a hoax through manipulative photo fades, and I think he has done a masterful job of proving it. Great Job Flaming Pie!
More Fades From The Flipped White Album Pic
Although neither of these fades are an exact match, the purpose of this is to illustrate once again how the "flipped" image taken from the White Album poster is never going to be a good match. The fade at left is your typical TKIN fade while the one at right I made with an unflipped White Album pic. I overlayed it with outlines of the ears from the White Album pic and the eyebrows and nose from the Spies Like Us pic. You will notice how the eyebrows and nose appear to move around in the fade at left, but watch them in the one on the right.

And Now For Some More PIA Images And Fades

Ok, now let's move into some PIA photo fades. What you are about to see next is a collection of fades made by myself and a couple of guys from our forum, kazu and KHAN. I will first post the image fades which KHAN has in his signature on the forum.

Hear No Faul, See No Faul, Speak No Faul, and Let's Boogie!
I've posted the individual image fades like this because I want everyone to get a nice long look at the transitional image in the middle. I DO DECLARE! It looks as if ole Long Face Faul has a match from a pre-1966 image of Paul! And look at that hair part! Yea, in one pic he has bangs and he doesn't in the other, but the vicinity of his part is right on! I know it doesn't line up perfectly, none of them really ever do because of camera angles and head tilt/turn, etc. But the facial features are extremely close here.
This is a different fade technique I tried after seeing the one to the right which was made by kazu.

In Conclusion

I have been a little puzzled why the 60if forum adopted the name "The King Is Naked" (TKIN) because that story has no application here for two reasons. Firstly, even though the fans of The Beatles and Paul McCarney would agree that they ARE the Kings of Rock Music who have influenced many generations of songwriters, Elvis Presley has always been the "officially acknowledged" King of Rock and Roll. Secondly, if they are trying to use a metaphor to say that people only THINK they see Paul McCartney today but it really isn't him, then THEY are the ones who are blind and narrowminded and I believe we've proven it with the contents of this website.

Is Sir James Paul McCartney really alive? I certainly hope so because after scowering over tons of album covers, photo magazines, books, and the internet, I can find nothing conclusive that proves he ever checked out and left us behind. When you consider all the astronomical effort it would require for way too many people to keep it a secret, not to mention the talent factor, I just don't see how anything like replacing Paul McCartney could have ever been successfully pulled off. Yes, there are certainly a lot of PID clues out there to be found, some of them may even be plausable, but in the overall scheme of life, I just cannot see how it would ever be possible...and to what end? Many major rock stars have passed on to that big jam session in the sky without so much hulla-baloo. It is my firm conviction that Macca does indeed live and continues to crank out some really good music!
